Many people recognise the story of Roselle, the guide dog who calmly led her owner, Michael Hingson, down 78 floors of the North Tower of the World Trade Center during the events of September 11th, 2001.
While panic surrounded them, Roselle remained calm.
She provided quiet guidance.
She inspired confidence.
She focused on the next safe step.
That story perfectly represents what we believe Business Navigation should feel like.
