Who this may suit

Business Navigation may suit people who have accumulated substantial commercial and leadership experience and now want to use it in a purposeful, independent way. You may have worked as a business owner, director, consultant, adviser, mentor or senior operator. Your job title matters less than how you think, listen, challenge and help others move forward.

Independent status

Licensed Business Navigators are independent practitioners, not employees of Vector. They operate their own businesses, build their own client relationships and work within the Vector standards, methodology and licence terms. The discovery process is designed to help both parties establish whether there is a strong professional and commercial fit.

A sleek, matte-black compass with finely engraved silver markings and a precision needle pointing steadily north, resting on a large, detailed topographic business-style map rendered in muted blues and greys. The map shows abstract routes and intersections rather than geographic locations, symbolizing strategic choices. Soft, diffused daylight falls from the upper left, creating gentle highlights on the metallic edges and subtle shadows in the map’s folds. Shot from a slightly elevated angle with shallow depth of field, the compass is in crisp focus while the map fades into a soft blur. The mood is calm, assured, and professional, with photographic realism and a clean, modern aesthetic emphasizing clarity and direction without any clichéd business imagery.
